Course selection is the same for undergraduates and postgraduates, including online registration (be sure to select "postgraduate" when using the Student Undergraduate System). You will be billed for a full academic year or the projected period of registration when you will be attending classes and conducting research. You may, however, choose to pay on a semester basis once you arrange to meet certain mandatory payment deadlines.
