Prior to joining MonaLaw, Ronald Singh has served in various capacities and fields over his career, which began as a student-teacher at age 16. His most recent position was Deputy Director, Guyana Online Academy of Learning, Georgetown, Guyana. He had served as the Head of the Law Department at the University of Guyana.
 
He taught various law subjects, including Real Property Law, and the impact of Science, medicine & Technology on Caribbean Society, at the University of Guyana, and others at the University of Fiji School of Law, Fiji Islands. He also taught post-graduate courses at Touro College, and University of Fiji School of Law.
 
He taught undergraduate Sociology and Urban Studies courses at Touro College (now Touro University), and the College of New Rochelle, both in New York. 
 
He was previously, a National Planner at the State Planning Commission in Georgetown, Guyana.
