The current research interest for Dr. Lou Anne Barclay centres on an ongoing research project entitled, “Resource-based Development Revised: The Case of the Bauxite and Alumina Industry in selected CARICOM countries".
Current research focuses on various aspects of the workplace relationship including teleworking, the attitude towards homosexuals at work and ethics at work.
Research Interest Anne Crick researches in the area of quality service delivery and organziational culture in organizations with particular emphasis on tourism organizations.
Karen Jones-Graham is a lecturer in the Department of Management Studies (DOMS) in the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of the West Indies in Jamaica. She obtained her PhD from Florida State University and now conducts research in Knowledge Management and E-government in developing countries. She coordinates the Information Systems courses that are offered by DOMS and teaches Information Technology Policy in the Masters program in Computer-based Information Systems
